Located on the farm was the bunk house, presently the Garden Room. It originally housed the hired hands that helped out on the farm.
Now the Garden Room allows you to view wild birds, relax in our spa, read, or listen to music while sipping a beverage.

Our forty acres offer a peaceful
mountain view setting.
The original Homestead was built in the 1930's and operated as a farm for several years, growing everything from potatoes to peanuts, and selling it's yielded crops in the produce barn positioned to the South Side of the house.
Looking east from the front porch, you can view the Swisshelm Mountains. Enjoy your day in the valley gazing on a breathtaking sunrise, observing wild birds at Whitewater Draw.
In season (October to March) go no further than the front porch, to see the Sandhill Cranes
fly directly over the Homestead.
The grounds also are home to domestic chickens,
which supply fresh eggs.
